Monthly Community Calls: join our monthly coaching call where we will cover the latest research and insights in health and wellness, have guest experts host masterclasses, have hot seat style Q&A coaching, mindset + intention setting calls and so much more, as well as the valuable opportunity to interact with your fellow community members whilst receiving coaching from myself.
