Your FLC training, nutrition and lifestyle expert. I like to think of myself as a holistic transformation specialist who's super sweet, but knows how to bring the SASS! 

After years of training + 'eating clean' and getting no where (except maybe f*cking up my hormones, metabolism and developing an eating disorder)... I said there has to be a better way. 

I've always loved training, loved the feeling of being strong, but never in my life actually felt athletic or truly sexy in my body. 

It wasn't until I discovered that it was the 'BRO-lifting' mentality that was holding me back. I discovered cycle syncing for my training, learnt how to listen to my body and train WITH it, instead of punishing it that I fell in love with not only moving my body but how it felt to truly connect with it and love every part of it.
