ESPRESSO-CHOC-NANA BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
– ½ banana
– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used @realradfood chocolate ganache)
– 1 tbsp. Fix & Fogg protein peanut butter (or any nut butter)
– 1 espresso shot
– 1 tsp. cacao powder (optional – but makes it extra chocolatey)
– 1 cup of milk of choice (I used coconut milk)


METHOD

  1. Place all the ingredients into the blender, and blitz for around 45 seconds, enjoy!
